The hospitality consulting firm returns to the list as its work continues to expand alongside a fast-changing industry
ATLANTA, August 11, 2026 — MODIV has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 for the second consecutive year, ranking No. 3,944 overall and No. 48 in Travel & Hospitality, up from No. 51 in the sector in 2025.
The recognition comes as MODIV continues to grow its work across the travel and hospitality industry, partnering with global hotel brands, management companies, luxury travel agencies and other travel businesses facing a very different set of commercial questions than they were even a few years ago.
“It was a proud moment when we made the list last year in our first year of eligibility. Making it again tells us we’re building something that has staying power,” said Brian King, Founder & CEO of MODIV. “I’m particularly proud to see us moving up in Travel & Hospitality. This is our industry and one that refuses to sit still. Our job is to keep changing with it while staying focused on what actually makes an impact for our clients.”
MODIV made its Inc. 5000 debut in 2025 at No. 2,631 overall and No. 51 in Travel & Hospitality. Its return in 2026 comes during another period of rapid change across the sector. New technology is changing how teams work, consumer behavior continues to shift, and commercial organizations are under pressure to move faster while making smarter choices about where to invest time and money.
MODIV has built its business around staying close to those changes rather than watching them from a distance.
The company specializes in proprietary luxury travel intelligence and commercial strategy spanning sales, marketing, revenue management, customer experience, and organizational change. Increasingly, that means helping clients make sense of developments such as AI through the lens of the business: where there is a real use case, where there is noise, and what needs to change inside an organization to make new ideas useful.
“We’ve never believed the job ends with a strategy,” King said. “The market changes too quickly for that. We have to understand what clients are dealing with now, keep an eye on what’s coming next and be willing to change our own thinking along the way. That’s been the key to our steady growth and to making things happen for our clients since day one.”
That way of working is also reflected inside MODIV. The company has built a globally distributed team around people with direct hospitality experience and a willingness to question familiar ways of doing things. As the company has grown, it has continued to adjust its services and capabilities around the emerging problems clients are trying to solve.
For King, the second Inc. 5000 appearance is worth celebrating, but it’s also confirmation that keeping a pulse on the future is how MODIV continues to grow.
“Two years on the list is a big deal for us,” he said. “But I don’t want us getting too comfortable with what worked yesterday. The industry won’t give us that luxury, and neither will our clients. We’ll keep paying attention, keep adapting and keep earning the right to grow.”
