Hotel sourcing and management is one of the most complex processes travel buyers and hotels must wrap their heads around, especially for global programs using thousands of properties around the world. 

And although the industry has adapted by leaps and bounds to optimize the guest experience, this grueling annual - and in some cases, always on - process has stubbornly resisted great cost to everyone involved.
